Ruth Hardy Park Real Estate Snapshot, Palm Springs, CA 92262

http://JerryShea.com - This is a quick video of the current status of the real estate market in the Ruth Hardy Park neighborhood of Palm Springs, CA, sometimes referred to as The Movie Colony East. This is a very popular area, adjacent to the high-end Movie Colony neighborhood and contains an eclectic mix of architectural styles. Many Mid-Century homes have been beautifully remodeled and have kept true to the Mid-Century design. There are also ranch style and Spanish hacienda or Mediterranean style homes. In addition to being located in Central Palm Springs, within walking distance to the fine restaurants and shops of Downtown Palm Springs, this neighborhood is built around the beautiful and serene Ruth Hardy Park which contains tennis courts, vast lawns, picnic areas, and a childrens play area. The views of the San Jacinto Mountains from the park and many of the homes are spectacular and are some of the best mountain views in the Coachella Valley. The prices of the homes currently listed on the market are from $180,000 to $1,495,000 and those are for fixer uppers to completely remodeled properties. There is a buzzing noise of what sounds like crickets in this video. There is nothing wrong with your computer sound.

Location:
East of North Palm Canyon Dr. on Tamarisk Rd. and Via Miraleste or N. Avenida Caballeros, near Downtown Palm Springs, CA 92262. Adjacent to the Movie Colony neighborhood.
