This area is located adjacent to the Old Las Palmas neighborhood which is famous for large gated estates, many of which were built for famous movie stars. This neighborhood has various architectural styles of homes and magnificent views of the San Jacinto Mountains. This area is known for its Mid-Century Modern homes. The most famous architects who left their imprint on these streets were William Krisel, Richard Nuetra, Donald Wexler, E. Stewart Williams and Albert Frey. The most prolific builders were the father-son team of George and Robert Alexander who had the vision in the 1950's and 1960's to build homes that captured the essence of Southern California indoor-outdoor living. The prices of homes currently on the market range from $620,000 to $1.4 Million.

Location: Southwest of Highway 111 near Downtown Palm Springs, CA 92262. Just West of Old Las Palmas and tucked right up to the San Jacinto Mountains.
